Form Meets Function

Built from a cotton/poly version of Everest 4-way stretch fabric, the Seneca looks and feels like your everyday pair of chinos, but you know us, we've always got that something extra. We added a hidden reflective patch in the pockets that only shows when you're on-bike, a secret, secure zip pocket that keeps important gear like phones safe without adding bulk and a reflective hit on the cuff for added visibility. The Seneca is our ultimate pair of urban commuter chinos. Ride hard, look dope while you do it.

Pocket Power

We talked to women all over the world about what their big gripes with pants & shorts built for the bike were. Almost every one had the same answer: POCKETS. We designed the Seneca with front pockets deep enough to hold a phone, rear envelope pockets to keep wallets secure and a zip secure waist pocket for the real important stuff. • Roomy but difficult over the shoulder view...

Great bag, but I wish it had the adjustable velcro sholder straps like other Chrome bags (for better securing items to your straps). It's a bit long on me and it seems hard to find the right place on my back while biking. It's either too high - making looking backwards difficult - or too low - riding in an uncomfortable spot near your saddle.

    Best All-Around Life-Living Backpack

I highly recommend the Orlov 2.0 backpack for urban and country, travel and daily bicycling and skateboarding. Lots of useful compartments and ample waterproof spaces. Took it with me to Tacoma, WA for a ten-day trip of cycling and hiking. It's good to be able to stuff an extra pair of shoes and a u-lock in the two outside pockets. Plus my laptop, clothes, bike tools, notebooks, camera, water and snacks all fit nicely in various combinations during the trip, no matter what I needed to do. Thanks, Chrome!

Not as good as the OG

Orlov 2.0 is all it says it is, and that's good

The bag is exactly as it seemed in the demo video I watched on the Chrome website, with a slim profile, deep inner pocket, roll-top, comfy ergonomic straps, durable watertight material, etc. The only detail which was not identical to the video was an inner pocket that seemed like it would have a zipper both on the outside of the bag and the inside of the bag, but it only had an outside zipper. The front pockets are roughly hand-sized for me so it can be a little difficult to get things in and out, but I really pack my bag to the brim and the bag seems designed to be not-bulky so it's really to be expected. I'd say it is a big step up from an ordinary backpack for those who travel long distances, use public transportation, carry a lot of stuff but need it to be compact and presentable, or those who find typical bags fragile and unfunctional.

The most amazing backpack Ive ever owned. Everything is very well built and sturdy. Soo much space for whatever you need plus the back form/ cushion is amazing. 6/5 would purchase again.
