I wear this almost every day in winter. Temperature regulation is amazing. Inside is soft and pickets galore. I do wish it came in an XL. I havr a pudgy tummie in middle age and big shoulders.

This is a great sweatshirt. Warm enough, fits comfortably…been looking for the perfect black sweatshirt and this is it. I’m glad it’s got some synthetic material in it—my experience with all merino sweatshirts is that they get holes easily—from snags and moths. I have long arms and am a bit over 5’7” and a bit under 130lbs. The small fits well. Also has a big-enough, gracefully adjustable hood.

I have LOVED the past 2 Cobra hoodies I owned. Just ordered the 3.0 and learned what is not at all clear from the online ad here— Chrome drastically changed the amount of merino, from 100% down to 50%. Now the hoodie has much less heft and warmth and is a real disappointment. Old variety was warm in the cold rains and cool when the spring days rose in temperature. To not lower the price now that it has so little merino (poly is loooots cheaper) or make it clearer to buyers that it has changed is a disappointment. Maybe there could be 2 types of hoodies— please consider selling the original 100% wool version, and the poly version could be given a new name, since it is so different in feel, weight, and performance?
