Pros: Bombproof, the fabric is hardy and I have no concern tossing it around or whether it will last. Easy access top open style reflective straps that cinch down the folding top Minimalist urban design Improvements Id like to see: The loops in the front that are supposed to hold a ulock are super sturdy but are too wide. It would be nice to see them thinner, that way they can accommodate more than just a ulock such as clip style lights and carabiners. The top open design would be easier to use if it was shaped similar to like a paper bag. It'd look cleaner when rolled and would minimize the extra fabric that accumulates after rolling it. It sometimes blocks my view when I look behind me. I'd also like to see some type of strap retention for the sides and the shoulder straps.

Excellent bag; well made, spacious and comfortable

This bag has been perfect for me - the sheer amount of storage is insane and I never feel like it's difficult to find anything inside - the laptop sleeve may not for ALL 15" laptops, if yours is a little chunkier you may need to put it in the main body of the bag, though. Being fully waterproof, with a sturdy watertight closing mechanism is great- you can feel how rugged the bag is, yet it's also surprisingly light. Great back ventilation when riding, and the loops on the back are perfect for a U-lock or some bungee cords. This is a great product and I'd highly recommend it over chrome packs.

Nice Bag but Molle loops are sideways

    3

I purchased this at the Chicago Hub. It is a nice bag and I love the fact I can take my work clothes and laptop in this even if it is raining. Two cons: 1-It has no water bottle pocket. Which leads to 2-The molle loops are mounted sideways. Nearly no molle accessories come with horizontal mounts, not even through Chrome. I have a small pouch and water bottle carrier that I had to buy molle D-rings and Condor 6 inch MOD straps to use it with. The loops are also 6 inches across, when most bags are set with 3, 5, or 7 inch spaces. If you need to use the loops, these are good fixes for about $20, but it would be better if we didn't need to buy extra things to make this work.

Bought to replace an old, finally failing chrome backpack

I got this to replace a chrome backpack I bought 10ish years ago that finally was dying after some rough love. I was worried this bag would be too big for what I needed (but thought the smaller would be too small) but I was wrong. Its perfect. Its already protected my stuff through some summer downpours and on sweltering humid days it hasn't felt too sweaty (thanks to the nice back pads). The straps took a few weeks to break in but are just fine now (start a bit stiff because. Well. New product). I added some packing cubes to increase organization on the inside, and sort of wish the inside organizer had a velcro or zip top to keep things from falling into the main bag when I lay the backpack down. But otherwise I love the heck out of this bag. Also- I did settle for red as none of the colors were my speed. I wanted visibility and bright but don't love red. But Chrome seems to be the only waterproof backpack on the market that doesn't look like a backpacking or elementary school bag. Luckily, the bag functions great.

Great bag for work, gym, etc!

I use this as a work bag. It's sleek, spacious, and versatile. I can keep all the work essentials plus my workout clothes in one bag incredibly easily. The only thing to be mindful of is packing it the right way — it can be uneven if not packed fully/mindfully from the bottom. Would definitely recommend!
