  • The Camera bag to have

    5

Been using this bag for the last couple weeks and it's a HUGE upgrade to their last niko full size bag. I'm A professional photographer who shoots a ton of boudoir/fashion photography, but i do Street and outdoor photography with the models as well. This bag is built tougher, and holds almost double what the former niko bag held. I had my former bag for 3 years till the zippers finally gave way. This is def more solid and padded. The back access is key, and i can hold all my gear. Overall a must have bag if your gonna be traveling/doing outdoor photography.

EXCELLENT functionality, but not comfortable for long days

I'm a professional radio producer who has struggled for years to find a bag that keeps all my stuff organized. This bag has made a HUGE difference in my mobility on the job, and cut way way down on time spent packing for assignments. I can just grab this and go, without worrying about a tangle of cables slowing me down. Also great for TSA, which always always opens my bags to check the unusual electronics I'm carrying on the plane.I recommend whole heartedly with one caveat: teh hip strap isn't weightbearing, so all the weight sits directly on the shoulders which can really mess up the neck and lowerback after a long day in the field wearing a fully packed bag.

    Chrome for Drone

Great product & style. Fits camera, lens, drone, batteries, laptop, iPad mini, and plenty of cables. Also use as my travel bag and commuter bag when I bike to work. Very comfy and plenty of storage. Chrome is above all others in functionality and style.

    ConSOLIDate ya gear!

I needed a bag to use a dual purpose 1) commuter bag for when I bike to work, and 2) a camera/drone bag for my sideline biz. Previously I was using a pelican style case + cheapo backpack + tripods...I gotts tired of toting around so much gear and my precious cargo getting banged around in the flimsy backpack. Viola, in comes Chrome to save the day. I've had messenger bags previously, so was familiar with their style & durability. I love the customization with the compartments (took a few hours, but I dialed in jus' right!) I have plenty room for my Sony A6300, spare lens, cables, etc. And all my Mavic Air stuff (and 4 batteries), laptop, iPAD mini I use as controller, plus random cables, chargers, etc. It's crazy a relatively small bag can fit so much stuff and yet not be bulky and very comfy. Oh, the tripods mount easily to the sides as well. Outstanding bag all around for freelancers, travelers, and commuters.

Wish this fits a 15 inch laptop comfortably

I wish Chrome would make one that would fit a 15 inch laptop comfortably soon. It takes grave effort to slide one in, I was sneaky to think it'll be easy before buying it. Otherwise, nice padding, nice organization, nice style. I now carry my canon 760d, a Minolta x700, and a 70-200 zoom lens in there, along with some accessories. In the front part where some people slide their skateboards in, I secure my jacket there when I don't need to wear it. Think about what you need to fit in this bag and how to rig the bag yourself. Also, not sure what the strap is for on the left side of the bag, it's not for tripods as they slide out easily.
