  • Best tough camera bag out there

    4

Great build quality. Bag distributes weight so comfortably, until tripod is mounted. Why mount a heavy item on the side? Overall the best camera bag I have had period. Tried the F-Stop but could not get a configuration on the internal dividers and also want a heavy load to be properly spread so could not get on with the straps (despite their being cool). This bag is ace but I would actually like a miniaturised version of it.. maybe that's next?

Definitely recommend this backpack to friends

Highly recommend this camera backpack! especially you're the one who carry a lot of gear. It can perfectly fit my camera attached with 70-200mm lens, 1 or 2 smaller lenses, plus 2 flashes and other accessories. The shoulder straps are super comfortable! If it comes with a rain fly that would be awesome feature.

    Great lightweight day shoot bag.

Pros: One of the best camera bags I've owned. Fits 3 lenses, 2 bodies, off-camera flash and trigger, and cards in the main compartment. Fits card case, and a point and shoot in the top compartment with room for extras, or replace with your chargers for multi-day stuff. Laptop sleeve is great to have, but it's a ton of unnecessary weight on a shoot so leave it at home or in the hotel room. If I need a tripod or a flash stand I can strap it to the outside. Works great as a carry on too, never check your camera bag. Cons: Waist strap isn't the best, it's functional on a bike if you've got a full kit, but otherwise its easy to just removed it. Water bottle side pocket could stand to be bigger or include some stretch to fit bigger bottles. Side straps aren't the most functional but work in a pinch. Pack appropriately, shoot more.

Comfortable backpack but needs refinement on usability

First used it on a trip to Bali recently. Excellent shoulder straps design, no aching shoulders/back after hours of hiking/walking, very comfortable to carry with dlsr + 3 lens & flash, water bottle load. However, top and back cover zippers are finicky to pull, always gets stucked going around corners, slows down opening/closing access to gear and gets frustrating sometimes. The 3 Internal pocket zippers on back panel needs a protective cover tab to avoid rubbing/scratching gear/lens covers. They are just big shiny metal pieces dangling. With cover closed up and carried bag on back, it's just going to scratch some gears inside. Lastly, water bottle pocket needs to be a stretchable material, current doesn't expand to fit any water bottle with full gear inside Had only managed to slot 1 tripod leg in! More slots dividers will help with gear/space optization, the squarish slots are awkward to fit cam body or with lens attached.
