    nice camera pack

Comfortable backpack but needs refinement on usability

First used it on a trip to Bali recently. Excellent shoulder straps design, no aching shoulders/back after hours of hiking/walking, very comfortable to carry with dlsr + 3 lens & flash, water bottle load. However, top and back cover zippers are finicky to pull, always gets stucked going around corners, slows down opening/closing access to gear and gets frustrating sometimes. The 3 Internal pocket zippers on back panel needs a protective cover tab to avoid rubbing/scratching gear/lens covers. They are just big shiny metal pieces dangling. With cover closed up and carried bag on back, it's just going to scratch some gears inside. Lastly, water bottle pocket needs to be a stretchable material, current doesn't expand to fit any water bottle with full gear inside Had only managed to slot 1 tripod leg in! More slots dividers will help with gear/space optization, the squarish slots are awkward to fit cam body or with lens attached.

Great pack for paired down photo travel. Love it.

Took this pack on a trip to Iceland where I would need to hold my camera, travel tripod and some non-camera related basics in airports, cities and rugged outdoor environments with lots of nasty weather. It works very well for all environments and is compact enough to fit in tight spaces (overhead compartments, behind the rental car seat). Shoulder and waist straps work well for short hikes and the exterior straps and bottle holder are super useful. Only thing I would change is to add a bit more dedicated non-camera related easily accessible storage and pssibly add a removable shoulder clip for the camera. Still I really like the pack and especially love that it does not advertise that I am specifically carrying camera gear. Well worth the price.

Wanted to love it, but it simply didn't work

Bag had very little utility value at all. I wanted to love it. I love my cadet bag by Chrome, but this bad simply fell flat.

I would buy this product again / recommend

Bought it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it ! There's plenty of space for everything. The space for the camera has Velcro for the compartments so if you need space for other things inside the backpack that comes in handy.
