  • Not for short torsos or any kind of hips.

So long and so tight around the hips. Sizing up would make the jacket way too big. This was not made for people with hips! Please make something like this with a different cut that works for more body types.

Bring back the red lining & durability

I enjoy the heck out of the first Cobra hoodie I got. It kept me warm enough while biking around winter and cold summers in SF. It works under a rain jacket for those wet days. Unfortunately I tore the hoodie from an accident. So I got another one this time without the red lining, and I found the stitching to be a little sloppy, the cuffs fell apart after 2~3years of use... in fact looks more beat up than my old one. Did the quality of the hoodie go down? I'm the fence about getting another one, or finding a better manufacturer of wool hoodie.

    Keeps fit probably forever!

I normally don't take the time to review products, I just don't bother to write. Now I just had to, because I have been wearing this hoodie 5 years or so and it still looks almost like new. It has been through a lot. I have used it commuting, mountain biking, hiking, boating and even snowboarding (under the outer layer). And all this has been going on for five years or more, I think. I have used it mainly in Finland so it has felt temperatures from -40 °F to 104 °F. Of course, you would die using only this when its -40 F but it's a good extra layer. I was sure it will lose the fit, become baggy and cold, but no. I wore it again just a minute ago casually and it felt almost like new! I don't know, maybe mine is from a special batch, but it lasts a long time, does its versatile job impeccable well and looks good doing it.

I do love this hoodie ... but

I love this hoodie - too small though. Listed as having a longer torso and longer arms. If the model is 6'1" and is wearing a medium ... I am 6'2" and the large is far too short in the torso and the arms are although long enough for casual wear, are too short to use the thumb holes. I get it, I am tall. But I ordered based on the as advertised 6'1" "medium" model. All that said ... I like the hoodie sooo much that I am just waiting for the XL to be back in stock and gift the "too small" large to my son. It really is a fabulous hoodie. 4 out of 5 stars based on mis-sizing only. It's totally worth a 5.
