Details
  • Versatile travel pack with compression flap
  • Ergonomic shoulder strap w/ foam back panel
  • Weatherproof tarp liner with durable nylon shell
  • Designed with skate and track bike savant, John Cardiel
  • A Bag Built for the City

When we first started working with the legendary John Cardiel to develop this bag to keep all the gear he needed for a week on the road organized and within reach, we didn't know we had a fan favorite on our hands. Now slightly redesigned for a better strap fit, increased comfort on the back panel and an upgraded sternum strap, the Fortnight still hauls tons of gear, has plenty of pockets for organization and an extra flap for large or unwieldy cargo. Just like Cards, this bag goes hard.

    • Large zip-around opening for easy access to cargo
    • Compression flap with commercial-grade straps accommodates a range of loads
    • Zippered external flap pocket for travel documents
    • Integrated hip pouch pocket for stowing small utility pouches
    • Industrial metal cam lock under arm compression buckles
    • Reinforced internal mesh pockets with hook and loop closures and integrated key loop
    • Industrial-strength hook and loop accessory shoulder mounting straps
  • Size 20.5" H, 13" W, 7" D Volume 33L Weight 3.8 LBS Laptop Size 15"
  • Great as a commuting bag, missing a tiny number of features

This thing is bulletproof. Fallen out of tuk-tuks in Thailand. Sat on in third class hard-seat in China. Slept on on the floor of Ho Chih Minh City Airport. This thing has taken a licking, and it hardly looks worse for wear. I also use it daily to battle the crowds of a Line 10 commute in Shanghai. It holds my computer (Macbook Pro 13" or MacBook Air) all of the various Apple cords and dongles that i need to function as well as space for key documents. I wish the exterior pockets weren't so difficult to access. I never ever use the one under the flap, because it's un-do both plastic buckles, then, flip up, then access to the pocket? Way too complex. I need a small external pocket for stashing something quick, maybe a couple of loops for lashing a U-Lock to, and a water bottle holder would make this perfect.

This is my 2ed bag because I have two different jobs I set up each one for each job. Plan on doing a custome job with both bags want to add some velcro and buy pouches for straps.

Well made. Dimensions work for carryon limits for the ´no'carryon´ size limit for the cheapest coach tickets on United Airlines. I don't have to pay for luggage if this is the only thing I take on the plane. Waterproof for moderate rain for 30 minutes. May last longer, but I havn´t tested it. Good room for shoes, 3-5days travel.

Great backpack with a lot of space. The chest buckle is super cool. I wish that it had a water bottle pocket, which would be super easy to add to this pack. But the overall design is awesome and has a lot of great storage pockets. The pockets are a little difficult to open because of the velcro that is used, but it is nice to know that it is quality material that is used and won't fall apart anytime soon.

An outstanding backpack at a fair price.
