We made our 415 Workboot to provide the stability and durability of a work boot with the mobility and feel of a sneaker. We noticed that work had changed but everyone was wearing boots made for standing on the factory floor. We wanted a boot that didn't require a long break-in period, one you could bike, skate, walk and ride a motorcycle in. The 415 Workboot is made with the same military-grade nylon we use on our bags for lasting durability.

  • Comfortable shoe; construction not so much

    3

Between my 50+ father and my 20-something self we have purchased 4 pairs of the workbooks. Each time we consistently order 1/2 size smaller then all of our other shoe brands. That way they fit well. These shoes are very comfortable and the sole wears long. Our frustration is with the adhesive used to construct the shoe. It deteriorates way before the rest of the shoe is close to wearing out (canvas, sole, etc...). In other words, the rubber edging around the shoe's outer edge pulls away and that gap becomes a harbor for debris (sand, dirt, pebbles, etc..). You want to keep wearing them but you eventually cannot. Talked to customer service a couple of times but have been mostly ignored. We'd buy more due to their comfort and look but not for the price, given the construction quality.

Not quite right, waiting for refund

I didn't love the design. I know it's supposed to be a work boot but the toe was just too plain for my taste. I returned these a couple weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund.

    Stylish but not functional

    1

I was super excited to get a pair and start biking throughout the winter and spring months. These are super comfortable when biking (would recommend for future design lace straps or something to tuck laces in so they don't get caught in the chain.) Unfortunately only after a few months I stopped wearing them. Water just does not hold out of these shoes by any means. I own pairs of vans or chucks that hold out liquid better, sadly. Any instance of light rain or small puddles instantly seeps into the shoe and you get instant squishy feet. I've tried to buy sealant and waterproof spray from a hardware store to try and repair myself but wears out quickly. Chrome these boots are awesome for biking and showing off y'alls wicked style, but they definitely need some work in durability and construction

Tougher than Vans, lighter than leather boots

    5

The styling and comfort of these boots is amazing. A little tougher than Vans, but a little more light than leather boots. One note though is I think the sizing runs about 1/2 size too big. Other than that these are great, my second pair!

    Bad product, bad customer service.

Rubber seam started pulling apart from canvas on first wear. Tried contacting customer service, no response. This is a over priced cheaply made product. DO NOT BUY ANY CHROME SHOES!
