After confirming your order, we aim to ship it by the end of the following business day! During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

We ship within the United States using UPS and internationally using DHL. Please note the following:

• We are temporarily unable to offer expedited shipping - UPS cannot guarantee delivery dates.
• UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
• All orders are subject to local sales tax.
• International orders are subject to customs fees and applicable VAT taxes – Chrome does not cover customs/VAT taxes that are due at the time of delivery.
• We do not fulfill orders to freight forwarders - international customers can use their respective site by clicking the flag at the top-right.

Online orders are shipped from our California warehouse via UPS every business day (Monday – Friday). Delivery dates are based on the delivery service you selected.

• Placed orders, including express shipping, will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note, domestic express shipping is currently unavailable.
• Orders are shipped via UPS in most cases, but in some cases via the US Postal Service.

For international orders, we use an international sales partner and fulfillment provider, Global-e. Global-e will process your payment and handle your delivery. Please see Global-e's terms and conditions of sale and Privacy Policy.

If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, choose your country by selecting the flag on the top-right of the website. International shipping prices will depend on the contents of the order. You will have a chance to see shipping, duties and taxes before confirming your order.

CHROME does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances.

Depending on the service level you choose, Chrome uses fixed shipping rates. See below for US shipping options (please note, expedited service is unavailable - UPS cannot guarantee delivery dates):

Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within 1 business day from the order confirmation! If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please contact us via support@chromeindustries.com. Include your order number and the necessary address correction. Any address changes to your order must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and receiving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After this time, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
