    Online orders are shipped from our California warehouse via UPS every business day. Delivery dates are based on the delivery service you selected.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship within the United States and Internationally. Please note the following:

    • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
    • All US orders are subject to local sales tax.
    • Weekend delivery is not available.
    • APO/FPO addresses can only be sent on a standard US Postal mail service and transit times may take longer than shown above. To ship to an APO/FPO address, select Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces (the) Americas, or Armed Forces Pacific in the Shipping Address State drop down during the checkout process.

  • How much will shipping cost to my address?

    Depending on the service level you choose, Chrome uses fixed shipping rates. See below for US shipping options:

  • How do I change my shipping/billing info on my recently placed order?

    Because they are processed quickly, we are usually unable to modify or cancel your order once we receive it. However, if you have entered billing/shipping information incorrectly please call us toll free at +1-866-226-2470 to see if we can do something for you.

  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    No, but see our Store Locator to find a Chrome Hub or dealer near you.

  • International: Do you ship internationally?

    Prices displayed on the website do not include tax. Tax is calculated once you enter your shipping location during checkout. We charge sales tax on all applicable US orders based on your shipping destination. For international orders, we use an international sales partner and fulfillment provider, ‘Global-e’, to handle orders outside the United States.
