  • What is your returns policy?

    You can return any product you receive from Chrome within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is not marked as final sale, and is unused and unwashed. For more details, see the Returns & Exchanges section of our Shipping Overview.

  • How do I exchange for a different size or color exchange?

    We do not provide direct exchanges for online orders at this time. Instead of an exchange, please return your existing item and place a new order on our website. You’ll get your new gear faster and have a better chance of the product you want being in-stock!

  • How do I return a product?

    You can return any product you receive from Chrome within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more details, see the Returns & Exchanges section of our Shipping Overview.

    For some international orders, we use an international sales partner and fulfillment provider, ‘Global-e’, to handle orders outside the United States. Please visit Global-e's customer support.

  • I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?

    If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Check out our Returns & Exchanges section to start the process.

  • What's the return policy on items marked FINAL SALE?

    All sales of gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or credit, or exchanged. If you attempt to return a final sale item purchased on chromeindustries.com, you will not receive a refund and the item will be mailed back to you.

  • I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?

    You can always send the products back to Chrome in another package but please pack securely and follow the instructions in the Returns & Exchanges section of our Shipping Overview.
