  • What is your online return policy?

    We want you to be happy with your new CHROME gear!

    Within 30 days you can return your purchase from chromeindustries.com in like-new* condition with original packaging. You're welcome to set up a return HERE

    Once we receive your return, it can take 10-12 business days for our warehouse to process your refund. We'll send a confirmation via email when your return has been refunded to the original payment method.

    - Returns not accepted on items marked Final Sale (marked as Final Sale and with prices ending in .97).
    - Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
    - Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
    - Chromeindustries.com is unable process returns of items purchased in-HUB or at another online retailer or stores.

    * "like-new" condition is unwashed and unworn. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.

  • How do I return a product (United States)?

    1) Click HERE for the returns page. Read through the instructions and you'll see the Request Return button to generate a RMA.

    2) Once your RMA is generated you'll receive your RMA number via pop up and a link to download your shipping label.

    3) Send your return back to us in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box. If there are any old tracking labels attached to the box, remove them or cover them with the new label.

    4) Place the printout titled "Return Packing Slip" inside the box.

    5) Affix the shipping label using a UPS pouch or clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. SAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RECORDS.

    6) Please write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box or print the email you receive and include it with your return.

    7) Mail the package at a UPS Access Point.

    When Chrome receives your return, we will aim to process it within 10-12 business days or less. An automated email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

    HAVING TROUBLE?

    If you're having trouble using the return portal, make sure you are entering your order number, email address and shipping postal code EXACTLY as they show in your order. Do not include spaces in the text if you are cutting and pasting data. If you entered a 9 digit zip code instead of the 5 digit zip, you will need to include those last 4 digits.

  • How do I return a product (International)?

    We use Global-e, a sales and fulfillment provider for all international orders. For all returns outside the United States, please visit Global-e’s RETURN PORTAL.

  • How do I exchange?

    CHROME has a return and re-order policy and does not offer direct exchanges. Your original payment method will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. Feel free to place a new order whenever you’d like!

  • What's the policy on items marked Final Sale?

    Final Sale items will be marked “Final Sale” and demarcated by a price ending in .97.

    Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or credit and cannot be exchanged. If you attempt to return a final sale item purchased on chromeindustries.com, you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned to sender.

  • What is my refund status?

    Returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method. These steps need to be completed:

    1) Shipping time to arrive back to our third-party warehouse
    2) Processed and inspected for refund approval
    3) Sent to finance department to issue refund
    4) It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department processes the refund

    Should your refund not be processed within 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.
