YOUR PURCHASE IS BACKED BY AN INDUSTRY LEADING WARRANTY

The 365 part

All Chrome footwear and apparel is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship FOR 365 DAYS from the date of original purchase. We will cover the cost to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not cover modified products or damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident or the natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear.

This limited warranty goes into effect on the original date of purchase and applies only to the original owner.

The life part

All Chrome bags carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover modified products or damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident or the natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear.

We will cover the cost to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty goes into effect from the original date of purchase and applies to the original owner. Any damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.


Reflective components

Please note that the reflectivity of the reflective components in our bags and clothing may diminish over time and is not covered under this limited warranty.

Submitting A Claim

The Details

Please allow 5 business days for us to process your claim. We will contact you with questions, to request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase, or to ask that you send your item to us for evaluation.


You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to us and we’ll take care of the rest. Please make sure that any item you send to us is clean! We want to protect our staff from possible pathogens, allergens and parasites (e.g. bodily fluids, pet dander and bed bugs). Any item deemed not freshly washed will be immediately returned to you for washing.

Reasonable wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, and fading.

If we are unable to repair or replace your product

we may choose to send you a gift code for the amount shown on your proof of purchase or, if no proof of purchase is available, the most recent sale price of the product before tax.
