Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is as new* and in original packaging.


1. Please request an RMA and wait for approval.

2. If your RMA is approved, include your RMA approval in the return package.

3. Use our prepaid USPS label included with your original order (domestic only). Attach this to your package and send it on its way. Please keep your return tracking number for reference! This serves as your proof of delivery.

All sale items are final sale, meaning we are unable to take them back for returns.

Repackage your item in the original packaging, if possible.
NOTE: Do not use your Chrome Shoe Box as the mailing package. Please place footwear in the shoebox and then in a larger box to mail to us. We can't resell a pair of shoes in your hand-written, taped and mailed gnarly shoebox, can we? It's much nicer this way, thanks.

*"As new" condition for Chrome is unwashed and unworn. Chrome strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
