Chrome Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. Just use the FedEx slip that was included with your order after you fill out and get an approved RMA number. Chrome is unable to refund postage on expedited or international shipping.

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Chrome Customer Services team.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from If you have purchased your item from one of Chrome's retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

All backdoor sale items are final.

If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, color or style of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 30 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Chrome will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, provided it is of equal or lesser value. Chrome does not store billing information, so if the item you wish to exchange for is of greater value, please return it for a full refund and place a new order for the more expensive item.

Shoe exchanges for a different size include free shipping for U.S. orders only, but you still must Request a return. An RMA number must accompany your return.

*”As new” condition for Chrome items is unwashed and unworn. Chrome strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.

Defective Products

Products are considered defective where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Chrome will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be defective.

If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible Chrome will offer to repair faulty items.

If a defective apparel item has been worn it must be freshly washed and cleaned according to care instructions before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.

Fit and Comfort Problems

Comfort issues are usually due to an incorrect fit. If you feel there is a comfort issue with the product please let us know, describing the issue prior to sending it back to us.

How To Make a Return

Please log in and visit your account page, click on "RMA" on the the sidebar, select the appropriate order and product(s). Then follow the instructions to let us know which products you wish to return or exchange:

1. You will be notified once your RMA is approved by our Customer Service Department.
2. Once approved, click on the email link to fill out the RMA label form.
3. Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your RMA form.
NOTE: Please do not use your Chrome Shoe Box as the mailing package. Rather, please place footwear in the shoebox and then in a larger box to mail to us, (We can't resell a pair of shoes in your hand-written, taped and mailed gnarly shoebox, can we? It's much nicer this way, thanks.)

When Chrome receives your return we will aim to process it within seven (7) business days or less
• For international returns - Chrome will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked Goods returned under warranty
• If you do have any questions about your return once it has been posted, email Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
• Chrome will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to be being processed. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you.
