I LOVE my Chrome bags don't get me wrong, but this shoe has been a huge disappointment. They fit great, look great but hands down the worst shoe I've ever purchased in terms of comfort and physical support (or lack of). I walk fifteen blocks round-trip daily for work, then sit all day at a desk. That being said, the past two months that I've worn this shoe I've had more lower back pain as well as soreness in my feet than with any other shoe I've worn. Nothing in my routine has changed a bit so I know it's the shoes and not something I've changed.
Also, they photos show a "reflective safety hit" on the back of the heel... the shoes they sent me did not have this advertise feature. I reached out to customer service explaining my dilemma and they sent me an email containing a photo of the safety hit saying "here's what it looks like"... no shit, I know what it looks like and the pair you sent me doesn't have it! I sent them a photo in return of my pair... no response whatsoever.
So I guess I'm left with putting these lower-back-destroyers on a shelf to solely admire their visual aesthetics, no-pun-intended, as I sure's hell can't wear them.
