Wonderful, long-lasting hoodie.
I bought one of these at the Chrome hub in San Francisco last December, and still wear it almost every day. It's amazingly versatile, as I can wear it with anything and as practically any layer. The thumb loops are useful and the back "ninja" pocket is a very nice addition. I was recently involved in a car crash, as well, and this hoodie came out of it with nothing but a few tears. It's held up to a full year of abuse - I think I've washed it three times, as it has never smelled or gotten visibly dirty in any way. All in all, a wonderful piece of clothing, worth every penny. Thank you, Chrome, for making such an awesome jacket!

I adore this hoody, it is comfy and warm and looks great.
I wear my pasha all the time, biking to work on nippy mornings or just around town. It is super soft and comfortable plus it looks cute and isn't boxy, the Marino wool has a stylish drape and is super practical because it is warm and light weight. I also like how the thumb holes can take the place of gloves.

stylish, cozy, utilitarian - super in love
I used to wear a synthetic shell when it was cool outside, but it has been consigned to the back of my closet ever since the Pasha entered my life. When I sweat, it doesn't get clammy. It looks amazing and is long in the back so it doesn't ride up. You can tell it was really designed for cycling in. I love the merino: smooth and sleek on the outside, amazingly fleecy on the inside. Flares slightly at the bottom, a bit mixed on this girly detail. Would prefer a straighter fit, but at least it isn't light purple with scrolly flowers. Pasha, let's get married!

The perfect hooded sweatshirt.
I love this hoodie. Love it. You have to wrestle it off of me just to wash it, since thanks to the wool it never gets stinky and dries super fast! The cut is flattering, though I found it runs a little large. I got a medium for length and I have enough room to layer a long sleeve thermal underneath as it gets chillier. I am seriously considering getting 1-2 more just to avoid disappointment if it ever goes away! True Outer Layer Love has been found.

Hmm...GREAT idea, HORRIFIC sizing
I really, really wanted this hoodie and was overly excited to get it in the mail today.... and then I tried it on. To its credit, it is a great material (somehow thinner than I had imagined though) and very well constructed (like all chrome products). However, who the hell is chrome's fit model???? I am 5'9" and 160 lbs. I am not fat nor am I skinny. I fall into the realm of "athletic". I usually wear a size 10 to 12 (I have broader shoulders, so I am a 12 in the shoulders but only a 10 in the body), which caused me to deliberate between a large and a medium. I purchased the large because I didn't want this to be tight in the shoulders (I like to do "athletic" things). It fits my shoulders but it is really, really baggy in the body. In fact, the body of this hoodie is about 1.5x the size of my body. Also, it is one of those cuts where if I returned it for a med, the sleeves would be too short, the shoulders too tight, and the body still slightly too big. What the heck? All I can imagine is that their fit model is really, really curvy and that this is one of those products where as the sizes go up, they only proceed to get wider in the body and not necessarily the right sizes in the shoulders/sleeves. I thought that chrome, being a cyclists' company, would have a more "athletic" fit but it is not so with this hoodie.

I tried to make it work (i.e. thought about tailoring) but there is NO way that I could get this fit to work for me.

Very thin, mediocre build, poor sizing
Caitlin hit the nail on the head with her review - I am 5'3", 120#, 34-27-34. The shoulder and bust area is very tight then the waist area is huge, looks like a weird empire-waist tent. -1 star on the fit.

If you look at the stitching, you can see right through it, like the panel can pull apart. For $160 and something that is made in China, I'd expect that the stitching would be a bit better. -1 star for build quality.

The back is long enough for riding, however the material is very thin - I would not wear this alone under 55 degrees, a baselayer is a must. -1 for un-warm-ness.

Love Chrome bags in general, had mine for 4+ years, but be forewarned - this sweater/jacket is not on par with their bags.

Can i get another one!
This hoodie is perfect for cycling with the fit and flexibility. It is thin but that is good because the wool is what makes it warm and perfect. I have a Castelli wind proof jacket that is super thin, but keeps me warm in the chilly wind. Adding this hood, I think I could ride all winter.

I am 5' 4" and 120 ibs. I normally get XS in tops but my longer torso to leg ration makes me go up to small, especially with bike gear cutting a little shorter. I think the length on the jacket is perfect. The small does go out a little and isn't as fitted at the bottom, but doesn't bother me at all.

I want more colors, love the assymmetry, the details in the paneling, and the soft and warm merino wool.

cut is super weird
I bought this for my gf because she had been eyeing it forever, but unfortunately she had to return it. Like other reviewers said, the top fit perfectly but the waist flared WAY out. It looked horrible. It also seems a little expensive for the weight of the fabric, but it is 100% merino, and merino rocks. Please change the cut!

Cut too wide
Like some of the other reviewers, I really wanted to like the Hoodie. It looks great in the picture, the sleeves look long enough, as well as the length in the body.
When I received the hoodie, I was impressed that I arrived so quickly in the mail.
I ordered a small, cause I didn't want it to be too tight. i usually wear an XS or S and have a lean athletic build.
But when I tried it on, the top part fits ok, but the bottom flares out soooo much. Too much. Looks kindof odd.
As far as warmth goes, i have been wearing it under a thin soft shell. Although the material is thin, being wool, it heats up nicely, and I have found the hoodie to be fairly warm as a base layer. That is in conditions under 5C in Vancouver, BC.

So Boo on the fit, Ok for the warmth.

Unfortunately I have worn mine a few times, trying to get it to grow on me, and can't return it.

I LIVE IN THIS HOODIE
Not sure why all the gripes about fit. I am a fairly small woman (5'3" 130lbs) and it fits me perfectly. Breathes well, so you can wear it during lots of weather conditions. I practically live in it on the weekends. Only thing I would say is I wish the slightly asymmetrical zip was more off-center so it looks more on purpose. In the photo it looks very off-center but in reality not as much. I do think the $160 cost for something made in China is a bit much. But I looked everywhere for a merino wool hoodie with thumbholes and it's slim pickings for ladies gear out there!

Love it
I really love this hoodie! I spent a lot of time trying to find something comparable, but nowhere is there a cool looking merino wool hoodie anywhere.. I was paranoid about the fit as there were so many complaints about it, but perhaps these ladies don't have hips? I'm 5'6" 135 lbs and fit a small perfectly. I really love the fit, and it is super warm, light...I could seriously go on and on about it. Best ever. If I were to have a complaint it would be that it doesn't have an arm zip pocket like the dudes version. But really...I don't actually have a complaint.

almost
This is lightweight, warm and comfortable. The fit is workable but not quite what I would have liked. As a lot of the other commenters said, it's sort of boxy rather than being fitted. I'm 5'6", 120 lbs and I ordered the S. It's well-fitting and slightly snug in the shoulders and chest, and fairly loose in the waist and hips (and I do have hips, though not huge ones). It's also a bit shorter than I'd like -- a lot of my shirts are longer, which is sort of annoying, and I think it would be too short for people who are much taller than I am. So, longer and more fitted in the waist would be better, but it's still a pretty awesome and versatile hoodie. Maybe they'll start paying more attention to the fit of things for women next time?

Great Jacket, OK Fit
After reading all the reviews, I decided to err on the smaller side when ordering the Pasha. I'm about 5'2", 130ish pounds and went with a small (most of my weight is lower... cyclist legs, curvy butt and hips). I love, love, love the jacket and its features (comfy merino, thumb holes, cute detailing), but the fit is what knocked it down a star. The jacket still seems a little wide in the hips, even for me, and is shorter than what I was hoping... especially for being on a bike. Unless I am wearing my highest waist knickers, I have a strip of back showing on every bike but my upright "townie".

excellent every-day, all-purpose sweater
I've had this sweater for a year now and have loved every moment of it. I'm 5'8" and busty and the medium fit perfectly, after the first week of wearing (chest was a little tight, at first). Wish maybe the arms were a tiny bit longer, so I could use the thumb holes while riding, but not a big deal. Hasn't faded (in LA), hasn't stretched out, and continues to be the first thing i grab, when I t-shirt isn't enough.

Off-center zip is great with the high collar. Fitted hood is great when you're warming up and it fits under a helmet.

Merino wool is soft and wicks. I don' think i've ever washed it (Gross, I know) and it never retains oder. Even though most people think wool is hot and sweaty, Merino wool is just the opposite. It breathes and keeps moisture off of your skin.

Not worth the price.
I actually used a 50% off code when purchasing this hoodie and even @ 1/2 off it fails expectations. It isn't as warm as I expected for the price. I would say buy it if you really are into the brand, but I'm sure there are superior hoodies out there for equal the cost or less.

can't imagine leaving house without it anymore
after having read all the bad reviews about the fit of this hoodie, i had second doubts about buying it, but once i tried it on ,my mind was made up. The fit is perfect, i got the xs size, it is not too tight at all (i am 170 cm, slender person) and not too short (although it could be a little longer, i wouldn't mind). So i have had it in my possesion for almost a month now, it is a perfect hoodie for cycling, I don't leave house anymore without it either in my bag or on my body. It really is warm, the combination of this hoodie and a rain jacket is basically all i need at the moment. I will surely be wearing it during winter and snow too. All in all, I am absolutely happy to have purchased it.

Pasha Review
I pick the Pasha, which I wear almost every day. It’s a super cozy and warm outer layer but looks classy and cute at the same time. The longer sleeves and lower cut back keep me warm and cover up my bits on my ride.

Beautiful fabric, inconvenient fit
First, the fabric was beautiful- warm, brushed merino fleece on the inside and very densely knit smooth merino on the outside. I am sure it would have been warm even in damp conditions if I had made it outside. I did not wear my pasha outside because of how it fit. I am 5'9" and 135 lbs, and ordered a medium. The sleeves ended two inches before my thumb began- wearing the thumbholes was uncomfortable at best and unfeasible at worst. The hood was too small (short and narrow) didn't reach my forehead), but a good shape. The shoulder seams were too narrow. The armscye was too large. The chest was do-able, if loose, and after the lovely diagonal stitching on the chest the pasha only gets wider (especially the back). The hips flared out to a good width, and the length of the front and back were good- front hit at high hip, back was lower. I wish the arms had been longer, and the shoulder wider in relation the waist. I have this Norrøna Falketind Gore-Tex Pro Shell Jacket that I wear cycling- size small- and I had hoped the pasha would be a similar cut. It's not; and it just doesn't work for me. I might try the men's. Oh- the zipper is good- it seems like it used to be off center? The one I was sent had the zipper dead center.

Comfy Hoodie With Useless Hood
This hoodie is soft, warm, and fits well. I love it in every way EXCEPT - why doesn't it have strings on the hood??!! The men's hoodie does (my boyfriend has one), but the women's doesn't, and I can't fathom what the reason would be. When I ride, the hood doesn't stay on, which is a huge problem - I have short close-cropped hair, and I need a hood to keep my ears warm on chilly nights. Was this made for women who don't ride bikes? I've worn it once and I'm pretty disappointed in Chrome for this fairly major design flaw, and I'm toying with the idea of returning it.

this makes me the happiest of campers
Just arrived home to find my Pasha hoodie waiting for me! I was a bit hesitant in ordering the small as my chest is on the larger side and most things in size small are a tight fit there, not to mention the fact that I have hips. After some deliberation (largely based on the fact that I'm 5'3"), I decided to get the small and it's a perfect fit! The sleeves are just the right length - in fact a little bit long on me, but I'm short, so they're probably great for someone a little taller too - and have enough room underneath for a thermal long sleeved shirt. It's got a super soft lining and plenty of pocket space. Overall, this is the classiest hoodie I own, and I'm absolutely stoked to show it off!

warm on cold winter days
I am a montreal bike messenger and bought this hoodie last fall,it is the best through winter, keeps me warm and comfortable even when its freezing out.Oh and its so soft on my skin! The hood stays on my head ,no problem with that ,but i have a lot of hair to help to keep it on.Sadly,i bought the small and i find it a little big for me even if the sleeves are too short to wear the thumbs in while riding,it hurts!Well anyways its so soft too bad for my thumbs,oh and its really nice that you guys think about messengers before profit, what a deal and everything is of great quality, merci !

great hoodie but will the asymmetrical zip return
I loved this hoodie. I personally liked the fit (though arms could have been slightly longer as I'm 5'7" and have really long arms), warm, soft, and basically what everyone has been saying about it - brilliant!

Sadly, a dog ate most of one sleeve (true), so I've been without.

But I see the zip is now dead centre. I know it's a small thing, but Chrome, if you're reading this - any chance of the return of the asymmentrical zip?

Everyone else, it's a great hoodie and worth the price. Get one.
