Form Meets Function

While many chore coats share similar styling, we wanted to design and build the strongest one ever made. So we chose the very best partners to help us get there. Cone Mills has been making denim fabrics at their White Oak plant in Greensboro, North Carolina, for more than 110 years. Dyneema® is the world’s lightest, most durable fiber ever made and has been woven into the Wyatt Chore Coat to create a timelessly styled collection that will hold up to the toughest of chores.

Pretty Much Exactly What It Should Be

Like a modernized version of the classic denim trucker jacket. The back pocket is a nice touch. Only quibble is that I wish the flap pocket on the left breast was a little bigger to accommodate bigger smartphones, etc.

I bought this Jacket in Nov' of 2015 and it fits very well and I really enjoy the feel and construction of the jacket. The mistake I did was to dry it in a dryer, I had mixed it with other clothing and it shrunk, but it was my fault, so here I am buying another.

I own the merino wool hoody, Ike Windshirt and now the Chore Coat. I'm an XL dude with broad shoulders and slightly longer arms than the usual build. The Chore Coat feels durable and looks fantastic. The XL size is on the smaller side of XL's (if you have bought from Chrome before, you know this). It's a little snug on my shoulders and fits my arms just right. The jacket fits a little bit tight when I button up, but that's my problem. The jacket rocks and I plan to wear it for a long time to come.

Durable and versatile. Works great in the milder Austin, Texas climate. Add a flannel liner or something similar and I would snap up another in a heartbeat.

Amazing construction! Great looking coat. Have not yet tried it on a bike ride, but it appears like it is well suited for the chore. Pockets where you need 'em. I think this is a coat that will only look better with age. Compared this to Levis trucker - bike commuter coat and went with Chrome.
